材料兼容性:
Fluorinert?電子氟化液與Novec?電子工程液對大多數(shù)的金屬及硬質(zhì)塑料都具有良好的兼容性。但對于軟質(zhì)塑料及橡膠材料,由于其內(nèi)部包含的塑化劑等添加劑在長期接觸的情況下,
會溶解于Novec?電子工程液,導(dǎo)致材料惡化,所以在選擇密封材料時,應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇添加劑含量少的材料。(材料兼容性數(shù)據(jù)如表三,四,)
何謂Novec?電子工程液?
是根據(jù)3M特有的氫氟醚(hydrofluoroether)之化學(xué)研究,發(fā)展出一系列低全球暖化潛值的溶劑。
此液體安全且兼顧環(huán)保,其不可燃的特性,特別適用于要求嚴苛的電子業(yè),包括精密清潔、潤滑稀釋劑與精密涂布的溶劑,也可以符合不同溫度的需求,運用于熱傳導(dǎo)的制造及測試應(yīng)用。
Novec電子工程液可分為純化合物與共沸物混合流體,也可與某些低揮發(fā)性有機溶劑并存于溶劑制程中。
